Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through The SailorHub website and other authorized SailorHub sales channels. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

Products

The SailorHub provides maritime apparel, uniforms, epaulettes, customized apparel, and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, designs, and images accurately. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing, materials, embroidery, photography, or screen/display settings.

Pricing

All prices displayed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed from time to time. The applicable price will normally be the price communicated or displayed when the order is confirmed.
Delivery charges, customization charges, or other applicable costs may be shown separately where relevant.

Orders

An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed by The SailorHub and any required payment or advance payment has been received.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, incorrect information has been provided, a pricing or technical error has occurred, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments

Payments may be made through the payment methods made available by The SailorHub, including approved online payment gateways and other authorized payment methods.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment, billing, and contact information.

Customized Orders

Customers are responsible for confirming all customization details - including size, rank, name, logo, design, quantity, and other specifications - before production begins.
Once production, embroidery, printing, or customization has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customized products are subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe communicated to the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, public holidays, availability, production requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

Pick-Up Orders

Where customer collection is available, customers will be informed when their order is ready for pick-up. Relevant order or identification information may be requested when collecting an order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to The SailorHub Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Intellectual Property
The SailorHub name, branding, original product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, and other brand materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without authorization from The SailorHub, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Customer-supplied logos or artwork remain the responsibility of the customer. By providing such material for customization, the customer confirms that they have the necessary authority or permission for its use.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The SailorHub will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
